Blueprint post M&A - organizational integration - Central & Easter Europe

A tier-1 merger of two pharma companies (branded retail & branded specialty) required an integration blueprint. 

Each one of the markets were analysed for current situation, opportunity  & business model.  Commercial process synergies were quantified, a blueprint across markets was sought, and a successful organizational change from independent, fully fleshed country units working in silos, to one unique multi-country organization, with supporting functions at regional level distributed across the countries was setup.  Country talent were given multi-country responsibilities for growth.  Local processes were included in unique multi-country platforms, and implementation and change management programs were created, acid-tested, modified when needed, adopted and executed.
