The company's business and marketing plans templates, process & SOP were revamped to assure best in-market practices.
A 3-days intensive, holistic, interactive blended training, to be included on the induction week was created, including all standard processes & reporting used within the company, in the marketing function.
After a successful 3 first induction rounds’ the company management nominated an internal responsible team to take over the process, a ‘train-the-trainers’ program was finished, and the whole training was internalized.
