Pan European business expansion strategic options for a privately-owned Spanish company

  Management of a small, family owned company with patented technology wanted to expand to the big EU-5.  Ownership wanted to go ' solo' , and launch readily on the markets, opening them one-by-one, single handed.  The company’s original business expansion and self-investment plan was objectively audited and challenged with benchmarked information. 

Alternative external financing options (debt, PE, floating IBEX) were presented to the company’s owners and rejected.  An alternative scenario approach through selected local partnerships was then prepared and accepted.  Further support for partner-finding, contractual support, forecasting and troubleshooting is advancing
